Art is an avid yoga practitioner, entrepreneur, husband, father and blogger. His interests span from doing yoga and meditating, to the business of yoga and the emergence of yoga and technology. Art also loves all kinds of sports, including skiing, soccer, hiking and tennis.
Art’s introduction to yoga was during the late 2000s when as a weightlifter and runner, Art stumbled on yoga as a way to improve flexibility and reduce injuries. Soon Yoga became his primary fitness vehicle. He liked that it developed strength, flexibility, and aerobic ability all at one time.

Jannah
Writer, Certified Yoga Teacher
Jannah got into yoga to relieve stress and anxiety. After five years of practice, she realized she wants to share the love and benefits of yoga with other people. So in 2018, she took a 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training.
Jannah believes in inclusivity and that everyone can benefit from yoga regardless of age, ability, size, and gender. She loves teaching kids yoga and yoga for seniors. As a yoga teacher, Jannah makes sure that students honor their bodies and move within a pain-free range.
Off the mat, Jannah loves writing and making healthy food from scratch. She makes kombucha, kefir, yogurt, tempeh, and cheese.

Cat
Writer, Certified Yoga Teacher
In 2016, Cat qualified as a Hatha yoga teacher. She firmly believes that with the right guidance, yoga can benefit everyone, regardless of age, gender, size, or ability. Cat wanted to grow and improve as a teacher, and as a person, so she continued to learn as she developed her teaching style. At some point, Cat realized she wanted to share her experience with others, so she began writing about it.
As well as teaching, practicing, and writing, Cat likes spending time in nature. In her practice, ahimsa extends to include all living beings and the planet we live on. Cat is always looking for ways to create a harmonious relationship with her surroundings, which is why she enjoys growing food, planting trees, and rewilding parts of my garden
